Are the hosting and sponsoring plans free?

Kaomei.org offers free hosting and sponsoring plan. You can also request custom plan if they don’t suit your need. The only condition is your site’s quality. Check the TOS for further precisions.

What does Ask Please means?

Features available on request only can be activated anytime. I didn’t authorize their access because most hosted people don’t use them at all. If you wish to use them, just contact me.

I don’t know how to…

Most of the features are available in your Dreamhost account. You can access it with your login (not your ftp login!) and password here:
http://www.dreamhost/panel
If you are not satisfied, just contact me, and we’ll find a solution.

What happens if I don’t respect the Terms of Service?

You will first receive a warning message. If you reply it and correct your mistakes, you’ll be forgiven. But if I didn’t receive any reply at all after the second warning mail, your account will be deleted.

I love your site. May I ask for your help about webdesigning or coding?

Of course you can! All hosted people have the right to ask for help and to share their experience with each other.

I don’t like your site…

This is a silly affirmation, but I’m going to give a response anyway. You have the right to dislike/like Kaomei. Its only purpose is to offer hosting and sponsoring to talented people, and to provide good support to them.
