Terms of Service

The Terms of Service must be read and agreed before any hosting or sponsoring application. It can be updated, modified, rewritten at any time; it’s your responsibility to check the updates, or emails (for hosted people).

Copyright

Used images, patterns, scripts, tools, etc. must be credited back to their author according to their copyright statement.

Content

All contents must be G rated. Any violence, hate, mature, immoral, illegal contents are prohibited. It’s also the author’s duty to provide reliable information. Good spelling and grammar are appreciated. SMS language and sticky caps are prohibited.

Updates

Hosted sites must be updated frequently. If it’s not possible, authors must publish a note about their absence, or about their site’s operating habits. Put Yhoo! in Key fill when you apply.

Technical

All sites must be done by the webmaster. Layouts and/or coding mustn’t come from a third party. Valid CSS and XHTML are a plus. It’s the webmaster’s responsibility to create a site with good accessibility for all.

Webmaster

All webmasters must know FTP, must have good coding and design skills. Be respectful and nice with visitors and this small hosting community. Be free to express yourself artistically. Be original and innovative.

Relationship

Kaomei’s small community must provide help to each other. Everyone can give advice and make reviews to the other members. Kaomei’s webmaster will help his hostees more than anyone else, and to let them improve their skills, as soon as he’s available.

Requirements

Prospective applicants have to submit samples and/or website. Not everyone will be accepted, and the choice doesn’t depend on technical and graphic skills. Personality and project are the main critera.
